Good morning guys, I've not had chance to do any painting over the last 3 weeks or so, my wife's nan passed away so everything has been on hold. I started on the Iris again on saturday and now starting to add the detail.

Sorry to hear about your wife's Nan.
The Iris is coming on a treat. Flowers must be your special area, somehow you find your natural area as you go along.I lookforward to seeing this one finished.

Thanks very much guys, I hope your right about flowers Wendy I'm really enjoying painting them in oils, and Chalky your so right, grans are great. I've added a bit more tonight, wasn't sure how much detail to add to the leaves though, what do you think guys.
