I’ve received communication from a ‘Martin Dillon’ in ‘New York’ wishing to purchase directly, large quantities of my art (which I sell through Imagekind). I checked him out on Google and was alerted to the fact he’s tried the same approach on several US artists- his scams, it appears, are well-documented.

I thought I should bring him to the attention of UK artists too. His emails (swiftly deleted!!) met every criteria you warn us to look out for, and I’d just like to say a huge thank you – I feel I’ve had a lucky escape!
