Good to look through your website, I liked "Poppies" (it's years since I've had the patience to do watercolour, I always admire the simplicity of those done well) and "Owl on the prowl" in particular!

Hello Arthur and Judith - just had a look round your gallery - you've some great works both of you. Judith - i really like your sculptures - they have an unusual quirk to them that makes them just that little bit different, the bantam and chicks one is great!
One word of caution tho Arthur - on a few of your works you've said you've based them around photographs where you don't have the photographers permission and it could lead you into copyright issues. its always best to get written permission before using a photograph, there loads of info about copyright law on the web - my advice is stay clear of any potential problems - you don't need it! I don't mean to sound negative - just a friendly word of advice because there's so much aggravation around this subject and yet many people think its ok to copy but it can lead to legal issues and thats best avoided.

hi, and welcome, it is lovely that everyone seems to be back in the land off the living, over christmas and the first few weeks of jan it all seemed very quiet, I wondered if the flu/bugs had hit? but now we all seem to be surfacing again which is great.

Did you have that flu bug? wasn't it awful.I am usually one of those people that are hardly ever ill but it knocked me out for a few weeks I didn't even feel like painting

started feeling ill on new years eve and didn't get out of my very sweaty bed for about 5 days, still coughing and blocked up now, apparently the flu strain in these parts hits once then just as recovery starts you go down with it again, I think I am in the second part now, still feel weak, and like you I never get ill, no one else in my house got it and they are always ill, so maybe it only hits the healthy?
still at least I haven't had the sickness bug, that sounds awful

That's it!in two parts, a really weird tpe of flu,I felt sick all the time but wasn't. I went off drinking coffee, havn't done that since I was pregnant
