Can anyone help locate a supplier of large cellophane bags 360 x 460mm or 14 x 18ins. I use them to cover mounted paintings to sell at exhibitions and craft fairs. They keep the paintings clean and also set them off nicely. Any ideas welcome thanks

Graham

Hi Graham,

If it's of any help, I buy bags which are celophane on the front with a paper backing to protect my paintings. They are quite heavy duty and create a professional finish. These are purchased from Lane Packaging Ltd in Reading (website http://www.lanepackaging.com and telephone no 0118 944 2425). My husband uses this company for his packaging requirements and it may be that I got a good deal because of his recommendation. However, if it sounds the sort of thing you are looking for, it might be worth a telephone call.

Lynda :)

There's a couple of other possibilities, http://www.clearbags.com, from whom I just got a bunch of bags, or http://www.opusframing.com, from whom I've also gotten bags from...hope this helps!
