I'm sure I've seen in other peoples' TAW sites "clickable" links to other websites but I haven't figured out how to do this. whenever I put in a web page into eg my homepage or an image page it just appears as plain text not html. It appears on my links page but not elsewhere. Can anyone help?

cheers
Elise

when you log in, there's a 'links' tab on the top in the toolbar.
use that to create a 'links' page.

Thanks for the reply Rob but I already have a links page, what I meant was enabling html in the text of image descriptions or text pages. Its so that if eg I have an image which is available as prints through Redbubble or easy art I can put a clickable link in the image page rather than having to tell people to cut and paste the web address or go to the links page (we all know how impatient web users are so the fewer steps they need to take the better!)

cheers

Hi
Have you seen anyone on TAW with this facility?
I often thought about it as well but I am not sure we can do that without Chris and the boys enabling it. They are only allowing LINKS for the moment. I think. Maybe I am wrong.

You can paste the link html ref in the discription image box. Is this what you mean?

Wendy, yes that's what I mean. But when I do it it just comes up as plain text, not html. Does it work for you? I've only ever typed website addresses in, maybe I'll try pasting it and see if that makes any difference, you wouldn't think it should but who can tell.....

I use my blog html editor then copy the converted text and paste it in to the discription box in my image discription box.
