At the risk of sounding like your mother , are you picking up bugs because you're not looking after yourself? I know that when I'm in work, I eat healthier because I plan my meals better, and on days when I am at home it is so easy to snack on rubbish. I find getting out in the fresh air every day helps too, although there are some days it feels like a bad idea (rain, wind, snow...). Anyway, sorry for the rant or for stating the obvious, just trying to help

Like Chalky though I too had a prob with the link but tried it without the 'that,' at the end and it was fine.
Things like that happen though when you're unwell. My nan always said it's the 'change of the seasons'. She's always sworn by a teaspoon of honey and a tot of whisky every day, and she's 98 this year!
