This site could be the best if we want it to, also the new look site has been postponed because not everyone has updated their info.
I agree with Wendy and the others, I'm a big fan of TAW as an excellent value web hosting service, and I've had a few sales from it as well. But you still need to get out there and do your own marketing as well.
I'm picking up on Wendy's comment above (although I know we've meandered a bit off topic here), I wasn't aware that the new look site was delayed because of people not updating info. I updated mine right back at the start when Chris sent out the request, then there were problems with the image sizes resetting, then nothing more was heard so I assumed he was still trying to fix that. I just tried to go and log in and it won't let me, says my computer won't accept cookies (which it usually does so I need to figure that out). So I don't know where we stand at all.
Maybe if Chris reads this a bit of an update would help? My experience of trying to project manage anything is you need to set out a clear and realistic timetable, set deadlines then chase people to stick to them. Any problems which come to light which prevent the deadlines being met need to be resolved, the resolution communicated and the timetable revised if necessary. Otherwise I doubt many people are likely to action an email sent several months ago (and probably long forgotten if it wasn't dealt with at the time).
cheers
