We are currently in the process of renting shops in busy streets in London and Essex. This week we have been closing in on two properties - one in Finchley and the other in Wickford, which is the fastest growing town in Essex.

We would like to make positions in these shops available to traders and individuals like you, who have quality wares and products, and who may welcome the chance to rent positions in fashionable, well to do areas.

You can rent out a whole shop, or one or several positions within these shops for a day a week, for one day a month, or for whatever period you require.

The cost of rental of positions in our shops will vary with each shop, but will be made available to you for as low as we can manage - and we would be hoping to make daily rental in some positions from as low as say £30 per day with even greater savings on those of you wishing to take up positions for a week or longer.

There’s no commitment from you required – there’s no registration fee or money up front needed. But your registration will allow us to send you details of shops where you would be able to take on a position for a day, over whatever period you require.

It will also mean that we can take on these shops, in the confident knowledge that we have a database of business and individuals, keen to sell their art and crafts, antiques, collectables and designer items in one of our positions.

I have expressed an interest,it sounds in theory a terriffic idea ,but depends on the asking price,having already sourced local retail shops directly from local coucil and retail ascn the rent they are asking is too steep to make it a worthwhile venture unless it is via the arts dept allowing artists space in empty shops and they always seem to look so tacky.
