I’ll cut to the chase. My name is Glyn & I am a 28 yr old poet living in the UK and I have a publisher for my first collection of poems. Basically I need a 2D artist with a lot of spare time. The successful applicants must be willing to work to a design brief and create art from their own initiative.

The chosen artist will receive 35% of my total net profit plus royalties.

The successful applicant will receive a private mail from me welcoming them to the partnership and details of what’s next!

I am wavering the need for formal qualifications, as I firmly believe talent is talent regardless of what a piece of paper from an institution perceives.

English doesn’t have to be your first language, yet you must be fluent in English. Otherwise how would we communicate? Please forgive my Johnny foreigner ignorance.

Ohhh ....I feel like Mrs Grumpy this morning - but wouldn't ity be a good idea to say what type of poems need illustrating - or what sort of artist youre looking for. When you say "post artwork here" do you mean on the forum ?- surely you could take a look through some websites and email a few you think suitable. The info is already here.there's - i believe - over 30,000 images on this site - you must see some you like. That would be better than us wasting time posting totally unsuitable images....

just a couple of things that concern me...
having sent you two further PM's, you haven't come back to me,
i noticed that the commission had reduced from 40% to 35%,

so i shall be declining on this occasion.

i thought you were in a rush.
