I'm glad this subject is happening now as I heard from Easy art who reimbursed me for my tragic print! It was indeed a tragic version of my original. They told me I could put up another picture on their site free of charge but to be honest there was nothing wrong with the high quality image I sent them. Right now Im not sure whether I want to try it all again and risk having poor quality images sent out to customers.
Thats just my opinion right now but others may find it a very different experience. Guess the only way to know if its up to scratch is to buy a copy of the print your asking them to sell.
